Pitstop Lube & Tune

This car repair shop treats customers with courtesy and professionalism. All staff members are nice and answer questions with honest, plus their work are very efficiency too. Highly recommended.

Love the service here. The front desk receptionist is very pleasant and understanding, and nice she even offered my daughter a donut. They have a clean waiting area with light refreshment while you wait. The mechanics are highly skilled in technology and highly efficient workers. Was in and out in 20 min flat for a synthetic oil change. Highly recommend.

This establishment inflates prices and has terrible customer service. I strongly suggest you find another franchise to have your car serviced or repaired. As a consumer it is my humble opinion that you run not walk to a decent car service establishment that will not inflate the prices and treat you with basic customer service etiquette . Remember It is your hard earned money spend it in places that respect you as a consumer.. Their response was that it was a misunderstanding which the manager was rude, nasty and did not want to deal with the problem of the inflated price. Consumers beware there was no misunderstanding this establishment inflates prices. If you want to pay absorbent pric…

I recently brought my car to Pitstop Lube & Tune for an oil change and the service was quick and great. The inside was cool and there were refreshments available. I definitely would recommend for any oil changes, tires, rotors, brakes, or any other things your car may need.

I recently brought my car into Pitstop Lub and Tune, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the service. The staff was professional, honest, and knowledgeable. They diagnosed the issue quickly, explained everything, and provided a fair estimate upfront. My car was ready on time, and it’s been running smoothly ever since. Their transparency if the staff stood out—no unnecessary upsells, just solid advice and quality work. I’ll definitely be returning for future maintenance and repairs. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a trustworthy mechanic shop!
